At CraftNix, we aim to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our processes and timelines.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. For bulk orders or delivery to remote/pincode-restricted areas, please contact us at care@craftnix.com before placing the order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We work with reputed courier partners such as India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and others to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

Within India: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.

International Orders: Standard shipping charges will apply as per our courier partners (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). These charges will be calculated at checkout. Any additional customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Delays & Non-Delivery

  • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact us at care@craftnix.com with your order number.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs (for international orders), or natural events.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. International delivery times and charges will vary based on location. Additional customs duties/taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
